Wedding Coordinators - far and away the biggest value and most unique attribute of Lost Hill Lake. The cost for standard wedding coordinators run between $1500 - $4000. Our services include development of a timeline, unlimited communications with our experienced team, preferred vendor recommendations, decor consultations, and the ever important day-of coordination. Tables and Chairs - no need to worry about rental and transportation fees for tables and chairs. Gorgeous wood tables (handmade from trees from our property) and chairs all come standard with our packages, an average saving of $500-$1500.
Covered Pavilions - rest easy with covered spaces. While a light rain can make for some amazing photos and memories, we won’t leave you out in the elements. We have tried and true weather plans should we need to utilize the large and small pavilions for your ceremony. Our large pavilion comes complete with retractable walls that can be added in part or completely to help keep your celebration going rain or shine. Your wedding coordinator can discuss and create a specific plan with you for extra piece of mind. The large pavilion also feature ceiling fans and patio heaters.
On-site Photo Transportation - we’ll get your tribe to all the top spots. Your photographer (Still looking? Check out our preferred vendors) will LOVE all the beautiful surroundings at Lost Hill Lake, and with our 26-person shuttle we can get you to and from the best spots in a timely manner. Lost Hill Lake can even arrange UTV rides to Thinking Rock, our picturesque overlook. Speaking of Photos - you’ll have access to 200-acres of gorgeous private property for photos. Lost Hill Lake couples can enjoy the full property for their amazing photos on their wedding day, AND prior to your big day for engagement photos. The lakeside, Walnut Grove, Thinking Rock, the peaceful backfield, the Meramec River overlook, there are so many places to choose from all in one location.
Bring Your Favorite Caterer - no restrictions here. We have had a wide variety of caterers out to our venue, and are proud not to have any food minimums, restrictive vendor lists, or other constraints when it comes to your big day. This allows you to select the menu that fits your style and your budget.
Staff Ready To Help - your wedding day needs are covered. From greeting your guests and boutonniere pinning to bartending and bussing tables, our experienced team is ready to make your day magical and stress-free. Wedding event staff averages $30-50 per hour per staff member.
