2024 Fitness Fuel Recovery: a Wellness Weekend

Lost Hill Lake presents our second annual Fitness and Wellness Weekend for women beginning or continuing their fitness and wellness journey. During this event, you will focus on FITNESS with a variety of workouts (beginner to intermediate-level with modifications offered), on FUELING ourselves with meal-prepping and healthy practices, and we’ll focus on RECOVERING and appreciating rest. You will have opportunities to engage with nature, build friendships, practice self-care, learn healthy habits, and try new experiences.
All this plus free time to take advantage of the private 15-acre Lost Hill Lake for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding, multiple trails for hiking, and exploring, an outdoor dry barrel sauna, and a lake-side gazebo.
Registrations are first come, first served. Enjoy a weekend of camping, challenging and fun activities, and more - no matter what type of weather comes our way. (Rain or Shine event - no refunds) No need to worry about costly add-ons either: everything is taken care of for you with your registration price. Those women 18+ are invited to join this unforgettable event!

Glamping units are available as whole units or as shared spaces with other participants. Tent camping will also be available.
Meet Your Lead facilitator
Sam Hyndrich
Lost Hill Lake is delighted to welcome Sam Hyndrich back as the lead facilitator for the weekend retreat. Sam is a Certified Personal Trainer and Accountability Coach. She is the proud owner of Your Accountability Bestie. She is dedicated to helping clients reach their full potential and enjoys helping them along the way with motivation and support.

Cody Decker
Cody holds a certification in XPT Performance Breathing, a transformative program merging ancient techniques with modern science to elevate performance in various activities.
Having guided more than 200 individuals through breath practices, along with leading them in cold plunges and saunas reaching temperatures of up to 240 degrees, he is passionate about unlocking untapped potential for peak performance and empowering others with tools to access their higher capabilities is truly fulfilling.

Glamping
Lost Hill Lake is the perfect place for a glamping getaway. Surround yourself with the great outdoors but spend the night with all the comforts of home. Visit our Glamping page for full details on each unit. You will select your glamper during your registration.
Camping
Looking to break that tent out and sleep under the stars? Tent camping is also available. You bring the tent and we will provide the locations lake-side near the glamping units. You will have access to the community kitchen and gazebo, as well as the shower house, outdoor restrooms, and all the other aspects of the weekend.

Do any activities have an extra fee?
NO! All activities and workshops are included in the registration price.
What meals are included?
Friday Dinner and Saturday Brunch
Please plan accordingly and bring Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast and snacks for your afternoons and evenings. You will have access to the community kitchen which has a refrigerator to store your items as needed.
Will there be showers at the event?
Yes! We have a shower house that you are welcome to use at any time. Please be mindful of others' time and the environment by taking quick showers. Don’t forget your towel!
What is the bathroom situation?
All our glamping units have dedicated outdoor restrooms and handwashing stations. There are community facilities available for tent campers.
Do I have to be a yoga or fitness rockstar to attend this event?
No! We welcome all levels of experience, beginners are welcome.
What if I have physical restrictions on fitness?
No problem! our facilitators will be offering modifications for restrictions
Will alcohol be served?
No alcohol will be served. You are welcome to BYOB.
Will there be a place to refill my water bottle?
Yes, a water station for filling reusable bottles will be available throughout the weekend.
What time can I arrive on Friday, April 12?
Our gates open at 3 pm with the first event and dinner beginning promptly at 7 pm. We recommend arriving when the gates open to set up your campsite and get comfortable right away.
What time does the event end on Sunday, April 14?
Activities will end at noon and our gates close at 1 pm.
Is the whole weekend outside?
Yes, LHLE is an entirely outdoor venue. Featuring covered pavilions and gazebos.

How many people will be at this wellness weekend?
This will be a small team experience, we are anticipating no more than 30 participants.
Is this event only for women?
Yes. To provide a comfortable environment for our first Fitness and Wellness Weekend, we are offering this to women only. Men interested in a similar experience should reach out to glamping@losthilllakeevents.com for future events.
Is this gathering pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, no. We LOVE animals but your pets are not allowed on-site during the event.
Will there be WIFI available?
No, the venue is not set up for WIFI access. Enjoy nature with us.
