What is package price and what does it include? You can find all of the details for both our Saturday and Friday/Sunday Wedding packages here.

Do you provide on-site catering? No. You will need to procure a licensed catering company or restaurant. Check out our Preferred Vendors page for a list of some of our favorites.

How many guests can you accommodate? Our Saturday, Walnut Wedding package can accommodate up to 250 guests while our other three Wedding Packages can accommodate up to 200 guests. We can create custom packages for guest amounts, with our maximum accommodation being 300.



Is the venue handicap accessible? Yes, our venue is handicap accessible and is flat with no stairs. Much of the property is grass, with some paved portions. There are reserved handicapped parking spaces near the gate and an ADA porta potty on site.

Do you allow just ceremony or just reception packages? We can create both options but a ceremony and reception together is the most cost-effective.

Can I stop by/drive by or do I need to schedule a tour? Since our venue is part of our family farm we request that you schedule an appointment. Please visit our Schedule a Tour page to reserve a time to visit.


What shelter facilities do you provide? We provide our rustic and spacious Main Pavilion (72 x 45 ft.) to accommodate all guests and our Side Pavilion (20 x 30ft.) for any additional space you may need. If you wish to incorporate another shelter we suggest renting a tent through our preferred vendor, Grand Rental Station.


Do you have a rain plan? We provide our large and small pavilion as well as multiple covered areas on the property for photos. Our wedding coordinator can discuss and create a specific plan with you during your tour.


Can I provide my own alcohol? Guests are required to use the LHL Bar Service if they choose to provide alcohol service during their event. We do have a corkage fee if guests would like to bring a special selection of a single alcoholic beverage (ie, a special champagne for a toast, or wine for the head table, etc.) in addition to our standard bar package. We can happily build a custom package to suit your needs.


Do you have a payment plan? What are your options for payment? We require 50% at the time of signing, 25% 6 months out from your date, and the remaining 25% due 30 days before your event. For payment, we accept cash, check and major credit cards. Please note credit cards have a 3% processing fee.


Are portable restrooms necessary? Yes, and included in our four Wedding Packages. Luxury restroom trailer with heating and cooling – 820 Royale VIP Restroom Trailer. We also have an ADA-accessible restroom available onsite.


Do you have electric hook up? Yes, we have multiple locations for hook-up.


Do you have running water? No


Where are the closest overnight accommodations? The closest accommodations would be on-site glamping. We offer 5 different glamping options just on the opposite side of the property. You can also check out our preferred vendorThe Pinemark, which is less than 5 miles away. The hotel features a rustic cottage that includes a beautiful space for bridal parties to prepare or families to stay together.


What tables are included in your package? We provide walnut and cedar tables that were handcrafted using trees from our own property. Find measurements and see photos of our 8-seat and 10-seat tables here. We also have a limited number of small, 4-seat square tables available.


What are our catering options? We have a list of preferred vendors that we know provide great service and food but you are welcome to bring in any licensed caterer that you wish.

Are there elegant restaurants in the area for rehearsal dinners/private rooms? Yes! We recommend Hawthorne Inn in Labadie, MO, Old Dutch in Washington, MO Oak & Front in Washington, MO 514 Chop House in Washington, MO.

Are candles allowed? Of course! We just ask that the candle flame is contained, meaning no tapered or hanging candles. See our collection of votives and lanterns here.


Do you have a tableware requirement? Yes! We do not allow single-use plastics, and clients are required to choose our China package or Compostable package.

Are pets allowed? Yes! Our wedding clients are more than welcome to bring their pets. Just please plan to clean up after them.

Do you have any discounts or special pricing? We offer a 5% military discount for members who can provide identification.
