Join Siri Atma for a Kundalini yoga + Gong bath at Lost Hill Lake. Kundalini Yoga works through the chakra system, balancing these energy centers and the corresponding glands and organs to create a new energy flow and body balance. It cleanses and rejuvenates the body, and clears and focuses the mind while uplifting the spirit!

$15 per participant. Childcare is offered for $10 per child. Please let us know when you sign up for this class if you will be adding your child into the childcare.
