Introduction to Herbalism: A Summer Plant Walk & Tea Blending Workshop
August 28
Have you ever wanted to learn more about herbalism but haven’t known where to start? During this experience, Alex will introduce basic Western Traditional Herbalism concepts by meeting, tasting, and smelling the plants. We learn how to make a quick tea blend for our at-home herbal apothecary. We will also walk around the beautiful grounds on a plant walk and look at some of our favorite plant allies in our own backyard. Each person will take home a small sample of the tea blend we prepare together!
