During this experience with Anna Mae, you will discover the healing power of ((vibration)) in this 90min sonic journey designed to root the body, empower the heart, & regulate the nervous system. Calling upon the sacred tools of meditation, breathwork, & embodiment practices we begin by preparing our bodies//spirits for the alchemy of release, nourishment & transformation that ((sound)) offers us.

Time will also be devoted to the awakening & activating of the VOICE, our own internal ((vibrational)) healing instrument we have access to at every moment. This preparation will then be followed by a 45min ((Sound))Healing session where participants are invited to lie comfortably & simply receive the waves of ((vibration)) created through the use of Tibetan + Crystal Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Shruti Box, Frame Drum, & Sacred Song. The journey concludes with a dedicated & intentional period of silence + reflection before the final awakening + integration.

Anna Mae is a ((Sound))Alchemist + [[Movement]]Medicine Woman E-RYT200 with 100hrs additional Yin Yoga & Chinese Meridians training. Anna Mae also holds certifications in 5-Element Qigong, Sound Healing/Sonic Massage, and has studied & played in the realms of sound/chant meditation, Thai Bodywork/Acupressure Massage, Tantric Dance, and Trauma-Informed Herbal/Plant Medicine Ceremony. As a guide, her goal is to elegantly weave the magic of these sacred practices together, creating an empowering environment for students to discover & explore their own inner medicine+healer.
