During this breathwork experience, Patty will guide you through a circular breathing sequence using the modality of holotropic breathwork. Breathwork is a very potent modality that leaves you feeling lighter, open, and at peace. During this experience, you will also learn how the breath is directly tied to the way we choose to live our lives. We look forward to breathing with you surrounded by nature!

Patty is a licensed massage therapist who practices out of a chiropractor’s office serving her community. She uses modalities such as massage therapy, breathwork, emotional clearing, and energy medicine to help her clients heal.
