We welcome you to enjoy this beautiful shamanic healing experience located on 200-acres of green lush in St. Clair, MO; 45 minutes outside of St. Louis.

This experience has been created for those who are interested and ready for deep, guided healing. With the beautiful hiking experience we have planned, we ask that you are in a state with your physical health of achieving a moderate hike. We will be holding ceremony once we reach our destination.

The plant teachings we are going to connect with during ceremony are Hape’, also referred to as Rape’, and Sanaga. These teachings are used for communication to your inner truth to help you heal trauma. Whether it be in this life or a programming passed down and instilled in your lineage; we will be holding space to help you integrate those experiences.

There will be river access after the ceremony if you would like to bring a towel and swimsuit. Also, make sure to bring a yoga mat, a fruit offering to share, water bottle, and a journal/pen.
The day of ceremony we invite you to eat light; consume herbal teas, fruits, ALOT of water, and limited (no caffeine is better) caffeine.
